I'm Away
The I'm away screen (also called holiday notes, and previously Temporary notices) holds short-lived messages tied to your site, for the kind of thing that only matters for a few days — "On holiday — keyholder away", "Renovations this week, expect extra activity", and similar. While a notice is within its date range it shows as an amber banner on the app Home screen, and your control room can see it too.
Find it under More → Help & service → I'm away. The screen is visible to every member of the site (when your security company runs the supporting control-room capabilities on the CleverCam platform — CRM, advanced alarm handling, or third-party alarm receivers).
Two kinds of notice
Every notice is either a 🏖️ Holiday note or a 📌 Other notice. It's not just a label — a holiday note is badged 🏖️ everywhere it appears, including on the alarm card your control-room operator is looking at when your alarm goes off, so they immediately know you're away rather than reading it as a general note.
Pick Holiday whenever nobody will be at the property. Pick Other notice for anything else.
Seeing notices
Any active notice for your site appears automatically as a banner at the top of the Home screen, showing the message and the date it applies Until. There's nothing to open — it's just there while it's relevant, and disappears when the date passes.
Setting a notice
If you are the site owner or an admin, you can set your own notice from the app.
- Open More, then under Help & service tap I'm away.
- Tap Add holiday note.
- Choose 🏖️ Holiday or 📌 Other notice (holiday is preselected).
- Type the message (e.g. On holiday until Monday — keyholder away).
- Choose the From and Until dates (defaults to today for a week).
- Tap Save notice.
The notice immediately shows on Home for your site's app users, and your control room sees it so they know the situation (for example, that a keyholder is away).
To cancel a notice early, open More → Help & service → I'm away and tap the delete icon next to it.
Past notices
Notices are not deleted when their dates pass. Anything that has finished moves down the screen into a Past notices section, dimmed and marked Ended, and stops showing to anyone — on Home, or in your control room.
They're kept so you can look back at when you were last away, and so you don't have to remember the exact wording next time. Your control room can see the same history against your site. If you'd rather not keep one, tap the delete icon on it (the tooltip reads Delete from history).
Each notice in the list carries a status:

Only the owner or an admin can set notices from the app, and you can only edit or remove notices that were created from the app. Notices your control room set for your site in CleverOps show on your Home banner but can't be changed from the app.
