Welcome to CleverCommand

CleverCommand is the real-time control room interface for security operators. Monitor live events, dispatch response units, verify alarms, communicate with site contacts, and track system health -- all from a single command center dashboard. CleverCommand runs in your browser and can also be installed as a desktop app, with updates appearing on screen the moment they happen.

What is CleverCommand?​

CleverCommand is the operator-facing web application in the CleverCam ecosystem. While CleverAlert serves end users and CleverOps handles administration, CleverCommand is purpose-built for control room operators who monitor and respond to security events 24/7. Operators receive live events as they are detected by cameras across all monitored sites, then triage, verify, and dispatch responses -- all within a single interface.

  • Health monitoring -- Track Clever Hub connectivity, camera status, and disarm states across the network
  • Dashboards -- Second-screen views for an extra monitor or wall TV, including the live Snapshot Wall photo grid
  • Maps -- Visualize active events, site locations, hub status, and network coverage on interactive maps
  • Units tracking -- Monitor response unit GPS positions and manage dispatch status on a Kanban board
  • Configurable alerts -- Set up sound alerts, screen flashes, browser notifications, and tab badges
