Service Visits
The Service visits screen lists every service job on your site as a simple status line — what it is, its priority, where it's up to, who it's assigned to, and when it's scheduled. It's a read-only view: you can see progress at a glance, and open the job card for work that's finished.
Find it under More → Help & service → Service visits. It's available to every member of the site, and only appears when your security company runs the CRM capability on the CleverCam platform — that is where service jobs are raised and scheduled, so a company without it has no visits to show you.
Service-visit push notifications — "your appointment has been scheduled", the day-before reminder, "your technician is on the way" — open this screen when you tap them, so the job the message is about is right there.
What each row shows

Viewing a job card
A View job card button appears only on completed jobs. Tap it to open the service report PDF — the same branded document your security company sees, and the same one attached to the job-report email they can send you. It shows what was done on each visit, the technician who did it, any checklist that was worked through, the parts used, and the signature captured on site.
Tap the share icon in the top-right to send it on — email it to your insurer, save it to your files, or hand it to a landlord. It uses your phone's normal share sheet, so anywhere you can send a PDF works.
Jobs that are still scheduled or in progress show the status line only; there's no report to view until the work is finished.
Nothing is stored on your phone until you share it. The report always reflects what your security company has recorded at that moment, so a job that gets an extra note added will show it the next time you open the card.
