CleverAlert is available as a free download on both iOS and Android devices. Before you install, make sure your device meets the minimum requirements so you get the best experience with live camera feeds, push notifications, and real-time event tracking.

Device Requirements​

You will also need:

  • A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • At least 100 MB of free storage space
  • Push notification permissions enabled (prompted during setup)

Download on iOS​

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap the Search tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Type CleverAlert in the search bar and tap Search.
  4. Locate the CleverAlert app in the results (look for the Clever logo).
  5. Tap Get and then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  6. Wait for the app to download and install.
  7. Tap Open to launch CleverAlert for the first time.

Download on Android​

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Tap the search bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Type CleverAlert and tap the search icon.
  4. Find the CleverAlert app in the results (look for the Clever logo).
  5. Tap Install.
  6. Wait for the app to download and install.
  7. Tap Open to launch CleverAlert for the first time.

After Installation​

When you open CleverAlert for the first time, you will be presented with the sign-in screen. If you already have an account, you can sign in right away. If you are new to CleverAlert, proceed to Create an Account to set up your credentials.

Make sure you allow push notifications when prompted during the first launch. Notifications are essential for receiving real-time security alerts. If you accidentally deny the permission, you can re-enable it later in your device settings.

CleverAlert receives regular updates with new features and security improvements. Enable automatic updates on your device to ensure you always have the latest version.
