Tech on Site & Assistance
Service technicians using the CleverTech field app tag when they arrive at a site. When an event comes in for a site where a technician is currently on site, CleverCommand shows it on the event — so the operator knows there is a known, friendly person at the property (and not, for example, an intruder).
Tech on site badge
On the event details screen, in the dispatch / status area, a green 🔧 Tech on site badge appears when a technician has tagged arrival at this event's site and has not yet marked departure. It shows the time they arrived.
This is independent of armed-response dispatches — it reflects a service technician doing scheduled work, not a reaction unit you dispatched.
Assistance requests on the event
If that technician has asked the control room for help (for example "please phone the client — is anyone home?"), their request shows directly beneath the badge on the event. For each request you can:
- Acknowledge — confirm you've seen it,
- Send reply — type a response that syncs back to the technician's app (they get a push notification),
- Resolve — close it once handled.
Requests and arrivals update live as they happen. The same requests are also visible to the on-call coordinator under Service Ops → Assistance in CleverOps, so either side can respond.
