Audit

The Audit tab in Settings is a single place to review the records your control room keeps for compliance, dispute defence and traceability. It consolidates three logs under one tab, each on its own sub-tab.

Where to find it​

Open Settings from the CleverOps sidebar, then click Audit under Data & audit in the Settings navigation. It opens on Audit trail by default; switch between the three sub-tabs along the top. The data is scoped to the VCR you are working in.

Audit trail​

The Audit trail sub-tab is the company-wide, append-only record of configuration changes — who changed which customer, site, contact, billing plan, subscription, invoice, SOP, checklist or monitoring setting, when, and the full field-level before/after. Click any row to expand it.

This is the same Audit Trail feature documented in depth (filters, CSV export, retention and the super-admin cross-company view) on its own page — see Audit Trail for the full reference. The Settings → Audit tab is simply a second entry point to it, grouped alongside the two logs below.

Auto actions​

The Auto actions sub-tab is the ledger of the Auto route executor — every autonomous decision the Brain made to self-phone or dispatch without an operator, including decisions that were stood down and shadow (dry-run) decisions that were computed but not acted on. Filter by action (Self-phone / Dispatch), outcome (Acted / Stood down / Shadow), live-vs-shadow, and date; free-text search matches the event id or the decision reason. Click a row for the guard breakdown that explains why the executor acted or held back.

This log is the audit surface for the Autonomous handling (Auto route) capability described in Action Plans — it lets you see exactly what the Brain did on its own before you trust it more widely.

Radio lifecycle​

The Radio lifecycle sub-tab is the full history of each alarm radio (panel / account) — every time it was added, linked to a site, moved, receiver-swapped or removed. The history is kept even after the site or hub it belonged to is deleted, so a radio's chain of custody survives account changes. Search by serial or account code to trace one radio.

  • Audit Trail — the detailed reference for the configuration-change log (filters, CSV export, retention, super-admin scope).
  • Action Plans — the action plans and the Auto route that the Auto actions ledger records.
  • Alarm Receivers — where the radios tracked in Radio lifecycle are connected.
