Responder Delegations
Responder Delegations shows the alarms your control room has handed to field responder units — the dispatches sent to reaction units on the ground, with their outcome and whether an incident report came back.
It is deliberately a separate concept from Area Routing:
- Area Routing assigns operators to geographic areas (who watches what in the control room).
- Responder Delegation is the actual hand-off of an alarm to a responder unit in the field (who was sent where).
Open the Responder Delegations tab on the supervisor toolbox page at /more — it has no sidebar entry, so supervisors browse to the address (Supervisors only, in control rooms with the Advanced Alarm Handling module — why).
The board
A range selector (7 / 30 / 90 days) sets the look-back window, and an area filter narrows the list to one of your areas. A summary strip across the top shows, for the current view:

Below the strip, each delegation is a row:
- When the unit was dispatched.
- The Site and Area the alarm came from.
- The Unit that was sent and the operator who dispatched it.
- The dispatch Status (En route / On scene / Completed / Cancelled) and Outcome.
- The Response time (dispatch to arrival).
- An Incident report badge — Filed, Awaiting (completed but nothing filed), or — for dispatches still in progress.
Exporting
The same data exports from CleverOps → Performance & Reports → Reports:
- Alarms delegated to responders — the per-dispatch list above, as CSV or PDF, sliceable by area and date range.
- Responder / unit performance — per-unit throughput: dispatches, completion rate, mean response and on-scene time, and areas covered.

Areas come from CleverOps → Areas. A delegation only shows an area when its site has been assigned to one; unassigned sites still appear, just without an area.
