Trouble Board
The Trouble Board is a dedicated view for faults — conditions that don't warrant a full control-room alarm but still need someone to follow up. Open the Trouble tab on the supervisor toolbox page at /more — it has no sidebar entry, so browse to the address directly. The page checks the Supervisor role and the Advanced Alarm Handling module before it renders (why).
It pulls together two sources on one screen:
Trouble signals
When a "trouble" signal arrives — AC mains loss (E301), low battery (E302), line trouble, and similar maintenance/fault codes — the platform routes it as a quiet, sleeping event rather than a loud alarm. It sends no Telegram and no push; it simply sits in a sleep window (about an hour by default) and then wakes into the main event queue if nobody has cleared the underlying fault.
The Trouble Board lists those sleeping trouble signals while they are still in their quiet window, each showing:
- the site,
- the CID code and description, and
- a wake-in countdown — when it expires the event surfaces in the normal queue for action.
Click a signal to open the event. Clear the underlying fault (or contact the keyholder) before the countdown ends to keep it from escalating into the main queue.
The same open trouble signals also appear in the Health worklist's Power & battery section, alongside the offline and camera lanes — the Trouble Board is the supervisor's low-noise lane, Health is the operator's combined worklist.
Unresolved site issues
The lower section mirrors the Health view, filtered to sites with an active fault:
- Hub offline
- Camera issue
- Active tamper (with a count of affected cameras)

How it relates to escalation
The Trouble Board is the visibility surface. If a fault stays unresolved, the supervision engine escalates it automatically: a control room configures an Unresolved fault ladder in CleverOps (Settings → Supervision & Escalation), and once a trouble has gone unresolved past the configured delay it notifies an operator, raises a management review, or opens a control-room event — measured from when the fault was first raised, and stopping the moment the fault restores. The board shows what's outstanding; the supervision engine acts on what stays that way.
Auto-escalation only happens once your control-room administrator enables an Unresolved fault ladder for your VCR (or a specific site). With none configured, troubles still appear on this board exactly as before — they just don't escalate on their own.
The board refreshes automatically every couple of minutes, and the wake-in countdowns tick live. Use Refresh to pull the latest immediately.
