Team members has moved

There is no longer a separate Team members page. It split one human into two records — an operational row and an account row — and everything it did now lives closer to the person. Here's where each part went.

The people list → People

Everyone in the workspace — company members, field staff, guards, office, responders and operators — is on the single People list, once each, with an Access column showing how they sign in and their login codes on the row.

Per-person detail → the person's profile

Open anyone on People and their record holds:

  • Field work — on the job roster or not, hourly rate, working hours and days, specialisations, and the ability to add them to the roster. This is what the old Technician details view held.
  • Time off — booking and removing a person's time-off blocks.
  • Commission — their commission this month, last month, and unpaid.
  • Compliance — PSIRA, competency and licences, each expiry date and its certificate on one record.

Email invites → People → On their way in

When you add someone by email who has no account yet, the invite is created from Add person on People — or later, from the Email account card under the person's Roles & access tab. Until they accept, it's listed under On their way in at the top of the People list — with how far it has got (sent, opened, signed up, accepted) and Resend email, Send on WhatsApp, Change email, Copy link and Revoke — alongside any outstanding company join codes. On acceptance their account attaches to the person record automatically, so they stay one row.

Company membership → People → Roles & access

Who belongs to the company and what they may do is now on the person, per control room: their seat, its roles and app access, and the Company admin here stamp. Removing somebody from the company is done there too.

Only ownership stayed at company level, on Company Settings → Owners — it reaches every control room including ones created later, so it is not something to appoint from the same screen as an app tick. What each role may do is defined under Roles and Permissions.

The standby rota → Service Ops

The company-wide standby rota remains its own page under Service Ops → Standby. Only the per-person time-off view moved onto the profile.
