Leads on the go
The Pipeline tab is the same sales pipeline as the CleverOps Leads board, reshaped for a phone. It carries the same six stages, and every change — a new lead, a stage move, a note — syncs live in both directions with CleverOps, so a rep working from the app and an office user working the board are always looking at the same pipeline.
Pipeline tab
At the top, stage chips filter the list to one stage at a time, each showing its count:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | A fresh enquiry, not yet worked |
| Contacted | First contact has been made |
| Qualified | A real opportunity worth quoting |
| Quoted | A quote has gone out |
| Won | The deal closed |
| Lost | The deal didn't close |
Below the chips, each lead card shows the lead's name, its estimated value, a coloured stage pill, a globe icon when the lead came in through the public web form, the sales rep, and when it was last updated. Tap a card to open the lead.
Searching and filtering
- The search icon opens a search box matching name, company, contact, phone, or email.
- The person icon toggles my leads only, narrowing the list to leads assigned to the signed-in rep.
Create a lead
The floating Lead button opens the new-lead form. A lead created this way lands in the New stage, assigned to the rep who created it.
Lead detail
Opening a lead shows its full detail screen:
Moving through stages
Stage chips at the top move the lead between stages, same as the board in CleverOps:
- Moving a lead to Lost asks for an optional reason before confirming the move.
- Moving a lead to Won asks to confirm "Convert & win" — this converts the lead into a customer account, the same conversion CleverOps performs when a deal is won on the board. A won, converted lead then moves to the archive and leaves the Pipeline tab, as does a lead whose quote is accepted; find it again in CleverOps.
Contact actions
Two buttons — Call and Message — reach the lead's contact from the detail screen. Neither opens your own phone's WhatsApp or mail app: a call still uses the handset's dialler, but a message sends from the company's own WhatsApp number, SMS or mailbox, with the outcome logged to the lead automatically. See Contacting a prospect for the full walkthrough — the template roster, the recipient picker, and how calls get logged.
Onboarding
Once a lead's onboarding journey has started (or before, via a Start the onboarding journey row), an ONBOARDING section shows the journey's current stage and who it's waiting on. Tap it to open the full journey screen and hand over the Getting Started link.
Details card
The Details card shows the lead's contact info, estimated value, sales rep, source, and notes. The Estimated value field is labelled for your control room's VAT display axis — Estimated value (incl. VAT) or (excl. VAT), and plain Estimated value where nothing charges VAT. A lead value has no VAT basis of its own, so the label only tells you which basis to type on; nothing is converted. The Phone row opens the same call flow as the Call button above; the Email row opens the same Message sheet. Tap the sales rep row to reassign the lead from the sales-rep sheet (built from the sales-role members on People), or set it to Unassigned.
Quotes card
The Quotes card lists any quotes already linked to the lead, and a + Quote button that opens the quote builder pre-linked to this lead — see Quotes & catalog.
Reminders card
The Reminders card carries a Remind me action for setting a follow-up reminder against the lead — see Notifications & reminders.
Activity timeline
Below that, an Activity timeline shows the same crm_activity feed used on the CleverOps Leads board: type a note and it's added with your name and the time; stage changes, calls, and messages you send are all logged automatically — no separate note needed to record any of them.
A note can tag someone: type @ — or tap Tag someone under the box — and pick a colleague (each person once, with what they do; you are marked (you)). They are told the way Mentions tell everyone — an email, their CleverOps bell, and a notification with a push if they work in CleverTech or CleverSales — and asked to acknowledge it. Tag yourself and the note waits in your own Waiting on you instead. Delete the @Name before posting and that person is not told. If someone cannot be reached (they only sign in to CleverCommand with an operating code), the note is refused with their name and nothing is saved.
Under each note that tagged someone, the timeline shows Victor acknowledged (or replied), Waiting on Victor, or — when it tagged you — Waiting on you with an Acknowledge button.
Overflow menu
The overflow menu (⋮) on the lead detail screen offers Edit lead and Archive / Unarchive.
Staying in sync with CleverOps
Because the Pipeline tab reads and writes the same leads as the CleverOps board, nothing needs exporting or reconciling — a stage move made in the app appears on the office board immediately, and vice versa.
