Optional Surfaces
Not every control room sees the same navigation. This page explains what decides that, and why there is no longer a Beta section in Settings.
Until August 2026, Settings carried toggles that let each workstation hide Units, Postings, Dashboards and the supervisor toolbox. Those surfaces have all graduated, so the switches were removed on 30 August 2026.
A workstation that had switched one of them off gets it back — which is the point. They are standard now for any control room whose modules include them.
What decides each surface
Visibility is set by the control room's modules, managed by your company administrator in CleverOps, not by anything an operator can toggle.

If your control room does not have a module, the entry simply is not there. There is nothing to switch on and nothing hidden behind a preference.
The supervisor toolbox
Team, Agents Performance, Brain SOP, Maps, Trouble, Area
Routing and Responder Delegations share one page at /more. It was taken
off the sidebar deliberately, to keep an operator's navigation short.
Supervisors reach it by opening that address directly. The page still checks team-management rights and the Advanced Alarm Handling module before it renders anything, so nothing is exposed by knowing the address.
What you can still switch per workstation
One thing, and only when your control room has enabled it:
- Concentration Mode — the quiet-time focus game. Your control room turns the feature on; the switch in Settings hides the Focus button in this browser if you would rather not have it. See Concentration Mode.
Everything else in Settings — alert sounds, visual alerts and notifications — is a personal preference stored in your browser, not a feature gate.
