Posting Board

The Postings page is the control-room side of the Roster module: the roster (managed in CleverOps → Operate → Roster) publishes the posting sheet, and the control room makes it true. It appears in the sidebar as Postings, for control rooms with the Roster module enabled. Operators without the module never see it — the gate is the Roster module alone, independently of Advanced Alarm Handling.

The board shows today's posting sheet plus any overnight posting still standing (a shift that started yesterday evening and ends this morning stays on the board until it ends). Postings are grouped by site (unit and control-room posts get their own groups), and a summary strip across the top counts booked on / checks due / no-show watch / escalated at a glance. The board refreshes automatically every minute; use Refresh to pull the latest immediately.

Book-on​

Each posting row shows who should be standing the post, the shift times, and its book-on state:

  • Due HH:MM — the shift hasn't started yet.
  • Overdue — the shift started and nobody has verified the guard is on post.
  • CR book-on HH:MM ✓ — an operator verified it (see below).
  • Self-post HH:MM ✓ — the guard verified via their app (device book-on).
  • Completed (auto) — the posting rolled to completed unverified (Automatic Attendance).
  • No-show — marked by a manager on the roster side.

When the guard phones in (or you reach the site), click Book on — one click records the posting as posted, verified by the control room, with the timestamp and your operator identity on the ledger. Every book-on, check and relief writes the posting ledger — the attendance register and posting sheet PSIRA inspectors are entitled to see, kept automatically.

Check calls​

Posts can carry a check-call cadence (for example every 60 minutes, configured per requirement in CleverOps). The Check calls due panel lists everything due in the next 30 minutes, oldest first, plus anything overdue:

  • OK — logs the check as answered.
  • No answer — logs a failed contact attempt.

Each posting row also shows its next check time, turning red once overdue.

No-show watch​

A posting whose start time has passed its grace period (default 15 minutes, configurable per requirement) without a book-on lands on the No-show watch panel. You can still Book on from there — a late guard is the common case. Postings a manager has marked no-show on the roster side also appear here.

The roster heartbeat independently nags managers about the same postings, so the watch list is a shared view, not a separate process.

Welfare escalation​

When a guard misses two consecutive check calls, a red welfare escalation card appears above the board. The roster heartbeat (which runs every 5 minutes) raises a guard welfare event — a normal CleverCam event with the description "Guard welfare: … missed 2 consecutive check calls" — and the card links straight to it via Open welfare event. From there the whole normal event flow applies: call list, action plans, dispatch.

If the heartbeat hasn't run yet, the card appears immediately anyway (the board detects the two misses itself) with guidance to call the guard and keyholder while the event is being raised.

This page never raises alarms

The Postings board only reads welfare events — the events themselves are created by the roster heartbeat as quiet, unverified events. Working the board never triggers sirens or verified alarms.

Firearm issue & return​

Armed postings show a Firearm column — the per-shift issue/return register the Firearms Control Act requires (FC Regs 5–6):

  1. Click Issue firearm, pick from the control room's register (only firearms not currently out are offered — one open issue per firearm), and click Issue. A register row is written with the firearm, the guard, the posting, and your operator identity, with labels snapshotted so the legal record survives later renames.
  2. At shift end, click Return — the row is closed with the return time and who took it back.

Unarmed postings show a dash — no register interaction needed.

Settings​

There is no per-workstation switch for Postings. The board appears for every operator in a control room with the Roster module, and for nobody else — see Optional Surfaces.
