Disarm Monitoring
The Health worklist has a Disarmed sites section listing every site currently not away. It sits folded by default — during business hours most sites are legitimately disarmed — with the live count always visible in its header and on the Disarmed issue chip. Expand it (or click the chip) for the after-hours sweep.
Rows are ordered worst first: sites that are both disarmed and offline lead the list, flagged "Disarmed and offline — fully unmonitored" in red. On very large fleets the section shows the first 250 (offline-and-disarmed first); the header carries the true total.
Every other row on the worklist also carries the site's arm-state pill — Armed, Part arm, or Disarm — so any fault is always seen in its security context.
A disarmed site is not generating detection events. That does not mean the site is secure — it means the cameras and panel are not actively monitoring. Treat "offline and disarmed" as the worst case on the list.
The evening sweep
- Expand Disarmed sites (or click the Disarmed chip) after typical business hours.
- Work the red "disarmed and offline" rows first — those sites are completely dark.
- For the rest, judge whether the disarm is expected: business hours (likely fine), after hours (may need a call), disarmed unusually long (investigate).
- Contact the site owner via the Call List to verify, and document what you did — a note, or a manual event if it needs formal tracking.
Combine with the area chips to sweep one suburb at a time, or with search to check a specific customer.
Disarm status and schedules
Many sites use automated arming schedules configured in CleverOps or CleverAlert. If a site appears disarmed outside its schedule window, the schedule may have failed or been overridden manually.
